Do you ship internationally?

I currently only ship to USA and Canada.  Please check with your local post office for custom and import law questions.  For more information see my Shipping Policies link at the bottom of the page.

Can I add to a previously placed order?

As long as your US order has not shipped you can add to it.  Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to find out if your order is still eligible to be added to.  You must contact me first to add  to an order.  This will increase your processing times.  You will be asked to place another separate order and the additional shipping cost will be refunded at the time of shipping.  If the additional products caused an increase in shipping price you will receive the difference back.

Can I cancel an order if I placed it wrong?

Yes, as long as the cancelation request was made within 24hrs of the order being placed.  To request a cancelation contact me in the link at the bottom of the page.

Do you accept custom requests?

All products are sold as listed.  If you are looking for something custom you can contact me to see if it is possible.  I have been known to take custom requests when time permits.  Custom requests must be approved first.  Do not add notes or requests to an order without having approved them with me first.  If you do the item will be sent as listed.

What is the difference between your martingale collar and a buckle collar?

How do I pick the correct size for my pet?

There is a sizing guide under every product listing in both inches and centimeters.  Make sure to accurately measure your pet's neck.  I ask for your pet's neck size to make sure the size you picked will fit comfortably.  I will adjust the size slightly if needed to ensure a better fit.
